Soulmate Finder – Terms & Conditions

1. Service description

Soulmate Finder is a city-based, astrology-compatibility matching feature. We use your birth details to generate a Vedic Kundli and match you with other users in your current city based on Gun Milan (compatibility) scores. Matches are for informational and connection purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Soulmate Finder. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may verify age and reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that do not comply.

3. Data you provide and how it is used

You provide: name, date and time of birth, place of birth, current city, gender, email, and optionally phone and bio. We use this to generate your Kundli and to show you compatible matches in your city.

Data sharing with matches: When you unlock a match (or when a match unlocks you), you agree that your name, age, city, contact details (email/phone), and bio may be shared with that user. This sharing happens only after an unlock action. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data solely to operate the matching service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Consent and withdrawal

By signing up, you give explicit consent to: (a) the processing of your data for matching, (b) the sharing of your details with users you unlock or who unlock you, and (c) the use of your birth data for Kundli generation. You may withdraw consent and delete your account at any time from Settings. We will remove your profile and match data in line with applicable data protection law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act where applicable).

5. Disclaimer

Matches are based on Vedic astrology (Gun Milan) and are for guidance and discovery only. We do not guarantee real-life compatibility, marriage, or any specific outcome. Use your own judgment when connecting with others and meeting in person.

6. Payments

Unlock fees (e.g. ₹51 per unlock for male users) and any other charges are as shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to our general refund policy. Females may unlock profiles free of charge as per current offer.

7. General

These terms apply in addition to Kundli.online's main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may update these Soulmate Finder terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us via the site.
